Tell me more about the group sessions.

We schedule sessions regularly and enjoy the shared learning and collaboration that happenes when we bring together members of our community.

Most of our group sessions are free for members.  We also host themed sessions, guest speakers and events!  Some of these sessions are a bit more involved or specialised, so need to be ticketed to ensure they can be delivered effectively. 

There is so much to gain from these sessions and we really enjoy the feedback on how they have helped, as well as what we can do at future group sessions so they are even more valuable!

Is Next Steps a for-purpose organisation?

We started this community to provide a safe space for people to connect and seek support at times they need it.  Most of our coaches earn a salary elsewhere and are here because of their genuine commitment to promoting wellbeing.

We use funds to cover costs and invest any surplus back into the community; increasing access to coaches, hosting more live sessions, events and services to the community.

How can I be more involved?

We are an inclusive community that values the unique strengths that each individual brings.  We would be delighted to hear your suggestions and how you would like to be involved or further enrich our community.  Write to us!

The most common way people use the commuity is by attending the group sessions.  Members also request individual coaching sessions, either ad hoc or in blocks, depending on their need.

We are always interested in engaging more coaches as there is a growing need for quality support.  If you are interested, let us know and we can discuss Next Steps!
